Sometimes we all like to change it up a little! If you’re looking for a delicious meal to impress your family, look no further than this delicious Creole + Shrimp Stuffed Bell Peppers!
Ingredients
- Cajun Creole Jambalaya 12 oz. bag
- 6 bell peppers
- 2 lbs shrimp, peeled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cook the creole jambalaya with the shrimp as directions on bag or in a rice cooker.
- Fill the bell peppers with the cooked creole shrimp jambalaya and place peppers in a baking dish, cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 350 for ½ hour.
- Remove from oven and add cheese and bake uncovered for 5-10 minutes, until cheese is completely melted.
- Serve Hot!
- Enjoy!
