Are you a huge Instant Pot fan? If so, this recipe is just for you! Cajun Fry meets Instant Pot in this dynamic recipe!
10 Minutes Prep Time
45 Minutes Cook Time (Roughly)
- 4 Chicken Thighs cut into small chunks
- 1 Link of Sausage sliced
- 1 Bag of Cajun Fry Jambalaya Mix (Mild, Hot, or Creole)
- 3 Cups of Water per bag of Jambalaya Mix
- 1 Tbsp of Oil
Pour your oil into the bottom of the Instant Pot. Add in chicken and sauté for 5 minutes.
Add sausage in for an additional 3 minutes. Drain grease if necessary when you’re finished sautéing.
Add 3 cups of water and scrape the bottom of the pot with a silicone or wooden spoon.
Add in Cajun Fry Jambalaya Mix. Stir.
Close lid and set to Pressure Cook on high for 10 minutes.
Natural Release for an additional 15 minutes.
Quick Release after the 15 minutes (Roughly an additional 2 minutes)
