Creole Jambalaya + Shrimp Stuffed Peppers

Sometimes we all like to change it up a little! If you’re looking for a delicious meal to impress your family, look no further than this delicious Creole + Shrimp Stuffed Bell Peppers!


  • Cajun Creole Jambalaya 12 oz. bag
  • 6 bell peppers
  • 2 lbs shrimp, peeled
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese


  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Cook the creole jambalaya with the shrimp as directions on bag or in a rice cooker.
  • Fill the bell peppers with the cooked creole shrimp jambalaya and place peppers in a baking dish, cover tightly with aluminum foil.
  • Bake at 350 for ½ hour.
  • Remove from oven and add cheese and bake uncovered for 5-10 minutes, until cheese is completely melted.
  • Serve Hot!
  • Enjoy!
